FRIAPHON®, GIRPI PVC soundproof piping system
Manufactured in France, FRIAPHON® is designed to meet the highest acoustic performance requirements for drainage piping systems to reduce airborne and structural noise. The system limits the noise transmission of domestic equipment in both vertical and horizontal piping sections.
FRIAPHON® offers its own dedicated range of supporting brackets, PHONOKLIP, to reduce the transmission of vibration from the piping networks towards the walls. This complete PVC acoustic system is lightweight and easy to handle on-site, keeping installation time under control. Additionally, its environmental footprint is distinctively low as it is it is the first soundproof system which contains no heavy metal.
FRIAPHON®'s acoustic performances have been tested by CSTB (France) and Fraunhofer Institute (Germany). The system is fire resistant and is certified BS1D0.
