Jimten Irrigation Valves & Air Release Valves

Manufactured in Spain, the Jimten air release valves manage the air inside pipelines, preventing damage by negative pressure or overpressure and guaranteeing optimal hydraulic performance.

Air-release valves are extremely necessary and one of the most important safety elements in all hydraulic installations and Jimten air release valves offer compact design and single hydraulic locking for all functions. The PP floater guarantees closing at low pressures and prolongs the installation’s service life, avoiding the suction of impurities. The triple effect air release valve working in air admission/expulsion eliminates the pressurized air accumulated in the pipe system.

The valves come in double (X-294 and X-380) and triple (X-295) effects. The body and base are manufactured from Polyamide, the lock joints are made from EPDM and the floater is made of expanded polystyrene. The working temperature for this system is between +5 and 60° C, the range is 3/4”, 1”, 1 1/2”, and 2” NPT/BSP male threaded connections. PN 16 bar, while the working pressure is 0.2-16 bar.
